Hi, I’m Joshua (do I say my full name, that seems like a weird sounding format?) Weissman. I come from a long line of family cooks and lucky for me it ended up being the thing I’m most in love with. My main focus since I was a kid was to become the best cook I can possibly be. I’ve worked professionally in various fine dining restaurants, had pans tossed at me, experienced the heat and pressures of world class restaurants, and now I am here to push food to areas that the masses have yet to see it, and hopefully bring a shit load of excitement, value, and entertainment with that.
