- 2 Tbsp (30g) mirin
- 2 Tbsp (30g) dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp (30g) honey
- 1 Tbsp (15g) brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 Tbsp (15g) rice vinegar
- Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
- 1 bunch, green onion, thinly sliced
