This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a purchase or a subscription for our services or other transactions.
- Targeted Advertising. Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address, please note “Nevada” in the subject line: webmaster@joshuaweissman.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.
The Site currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals and operates as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received. If we do respond to DNT signals in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe how we do so.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You may send us an email at webmaster@joshuaweissman.com to request access to, review, correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us when signing up for our mailing list or other promotions. We may not be able to delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account, if applicable. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect or for any other permitted exceptions under applicable laws.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you;
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities;

If you delete your User Contributions from the Site, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of the Site.
Data Security
We have implemented reasonable measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our password protected servers using TLS technology. We do not manage, store or retain any financial information.

Data Rights

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child (anyone under the age of 18). We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
International Data Transfers
We are a US Company and our servers are located in North America and the information that we collect directly from you will be stored in these servers. By submitting Personal Information to us, or to a third-party via the Site or our services, you acknowledge that you will be voluntarily transferring your data to the United States, a jurisdiction which may not provide the same privacy framework as other regions. We take steps to ensure that the data we collect under this Privacy Policy is stored and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where the data is located.

User Contributions

Limitation on Time to File Claims
