- 1 steak
- 1 Tbsp (15g) kosher salt
- 1 tsp (3g) fresh cracked black pepper

- Begin by preheating the grill until it reaches a temperature between 400-450°F (200-230°C).
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together salt and black pepper until fully incorporated. Season the steak on all sides.
- Once the grill has preheated, place the seasoned steak on the grill and sear for 2-3 then do a quarter turn and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the steak and repeat the previous step.
- Once the steak has reached an internal temperature of 125°F (50°C), transfer to a wire rack-lined baking tray and rest for 5-8 minutes.
