- 1 raw turkey spine
- 1 raw turkey neck
- 1 yellow or white onion, roughly chopped
- 1 large carrot, roughly chopped
- 1 rib of Celery, roughly chopped
Homemade Quick & Easy Turkey Stock
This homemade turkey stock recipe by Joshua Weissman will impress your whole family at Thanksgiving.

Directions
- In a large saucepan, add all ingredients and cover with 6 cups (1.4L) of cold water, or enough to completely cover the bones.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. As soon as the stock reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 hours.
- Skim the broth scum that’s settled at the top of the stock then strain over a fine mesh sieve into a clean pot. Discard the solids and reserve the stock for stuffing.
