Add the bananas and eggs to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Add the flour and salt then blend on low just until the flour is combined. If the batter seems too thick you can add a bit of water. If the batter is too runny, add a bit more flour. Let the batter rest for 2-3 minutes.
Heat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Scoop ⅓-cup of batter and pour into the hot skillet or onto the griddle to cook until set, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and finish cooking on the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate or platter.
Serve as is or with butter and maple syrup.
