- In a large saute pan set over high heat, add the garlic oil. Once hot, add the sliced cabbage. Toss to coat and char cabbage until brown, about 5-6 minutes.
- Season with salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Taste and add more garlic oil if desired.
- To serve, use a carving fork and twist the cabbage as you would pasta and plate.
