Ingredients

OG Chimichurri:

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ shallot, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 Fresno chili, finely chopped
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 3 Tbsp (45mL) red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup (120mL) extra-virgin olive oil

JW Chimichurri:

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (40g) fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup (20g) fresh dill, finely chopped 
  • ¼ cup (20g) fresh chives, thinly sliced
  • 2 jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp (30g) capers, drained and finely chopped 
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 3 Tbsp (45g) toasted sesame seeds 
  • ½ cup (120mL) extra-virgin olive oil 
  • Kosher salt, to taste

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt then stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
