Ingredients:

  • 2 slice white bread (Sunbeam preferred)

  • 2-3 tablespoons (32-48g) creamy peanut butter (or crunchy if you prefer)

  • 2 tablespoons (40g) strawberry jelly or jam (Bonne Maman preferred)


Method:

  1. Take your favorite white bread, your favorite peanut butter, and your best strawberry jam, and layer them up. Slice on the diagonal, serve and enjoy.

I love the texture of the bread as I am working it, however in the last step where I am supposed to cover it with a damp towel didn’t work. The towel stuck to the bread and destroyed the 2nd proof. What should I do next time?? Best texture to work with but I want to get it right
