I made all of the types of hot chocolate known to man. Or at least it felt like that. Really we made hot chocolate 4 different ways.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 tablespoons (13g) unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1.5 tablespoons (18g) brown sugar

• 1 tablespoon (18g) cream

• 1 cup (236ml) milk

• 1/4 teaspoon (2g) vanilla extract

• Small pinch salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients but marshmallows in a medium saucepot.

2. Top with marshmallows and finish with grated chocolate.
