The easiest and most flavorful cabbage side dish recipe ever.

Cook Time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
¼ cup (53g) garlic oil
3 cups green cabbage, quartered, cored and thinly sliced
1 lemon, juice and zest
Salt to taste
Method:
In a large saute pan set over high heat, add the garlic oil. Once hot, add the sliced cabbage. Toss to coat and char cabbage until brown, about 5-6 minutes.
Season with salt and lemon juice and zest. Taste and add more garlic oil if desired.
To serve, use a carving fork and twist the cabbage as you would pasta and plate.
Amazing honestly: you'll need to use your own judgement with the amount of lemon juice/zest depending on the size of your lemon but all around a great amount of flavour for such a simple combination. 5 stars!
