The easiest fancy appetizer recipe ever.

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

½ lb (226g) Longanisa sausage, removed from the casings
12oz (340g) dates, pitted and split on one side
8-10 bacon slices

Method:

Stuff each date with a spoonful of the sausage.
Wrap each date with a slice of bacon. Pin the bacon shut by threading a toothpick through the date and the bacon.
Into an aluminum foiled-lined air fryer set at 325°F (163°C), place the dates seam side down and air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until bacon is cooked and crispy.
